Dr. Moore on his father, Tracy H. Moore

In the days leading up to Father’s Day, Dr. Moore wrote this to his Facebook friends:

“My dad, Tracy Moore, taught me to sing by singing. He didn’t sit me down to teach me. He just sang for me, the church, our family, the “cotton-pickers”, the neighbors and my friends. Thanks to dad, I can now tie my tie, shave my face, support my church and sing my song.”
