Dozens of Dr, Thomas Moore’s friends and neighbors at Southminster met for a “surprise” birthday party.
Thomas himself announced the surprise party on July 23 to residents. But organizers snuck in a surprise or two of their own in the program, to the delight of the birthday boy and dozens of well-wishers attending.
